About Trinitas

Formed to bring heaven on earth through communities on mission.

For ten years we've served in Phoenix — equipping and accompanying young leaders with a God-given calling in urban and overlooked communities. Here's what drives us.

Why we exist

Purpose, mission, vision.

Purpose

Form followers of Jesus

To form followers of Jesus to bring heaven on earth through communities on mission.

Mission

Catalyze missional renewal

To catalyze missional renewal by equipping and accompanying young leaders with a God-given calling in urban and overlooked communities.

Vision

Every major city

To plant or remission a church expressed as a decentralized network of communities on mission in every major city across the US and beyond, as God leads.

Trinitas positioning — who we serve and how

Who we serve

Leaders with a calling. People at the margins.

We exist for young Christian pastors and lay leaders — CoM leaders and city missionaries — and for the donors who stand behind them. What they share is a single concern: doing the greatest gospel good for those who need it most.

That concern takes us to the margins — serving people from poverty, addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. Human connection comes first. It's the foundation for all life transformation.

Tone & manner

What you can expect from us.

Five attributes shape everything we do — from how we coach a leader to how we show up in a neighborhood.

Jesus-Centered

Inspired by calling, abiding, and contemplative spirituality.

Innovative / Pioneering

We enable new missional expressions that break through barriers.

Relational / Nurturing

Human connection first — the foundation for all life transformation.

Collaborative

We engage individuals and organizations to achieve more together.

Responsive / Adaptive

Every missional expression is unique to the people and the community.

Our people

The people behind the network.

Trinitas is people, not a headquarters. Meet some of the leaders who make the network what it is.
